Eligibility for Refunds: We offer refunds on products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong item. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us immediately upon receiving the product. Please Inspect the product in the presence of our delivery person and return it to him/her if the product is damaged, defective or if it is a wrong product than that you ordered.

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at sales@zamgoatgroup.com or Call 095 0 228800 with your order number and a description of the issue. Please do this in front of our delivery person to confirm the state of the product. We may require photographic evidence of the defective or damaged product before processing your refund.

Refund Process: Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain products may not be eligible for refunds due to hygiene reasons, nature of the product or other restrictions.

Cancellation Period: You may only cancel your order, provided that the order has not been processed yet or is not under processing.
